| Q. Will I get a CD in the mail? |

| A. No. These are downloads. Buy the CD with the CD Baby link. |

| Q. Why should I buy downloads from your site vs. iTunes? |
|
| A. It's a matter of preference. I sell my downloads for $.99 too, but mine are slightly higher quality and sold as open MP3 files, which means they'll play on any MP3 player and on as many computers as you want. |

| Q. How does it work? |
|
| A. Simply click on the "buy mp3" or "full album" links and your selections will go into a PayPal shopping cart. When you're done, choose the checkout option on the shopping cart and follow the instructions. When the purchase is complete, you'll receive an email with a link to your download. Click on that link and follow the instructions at the top of the screen. Save it to your computer and open it with whatever music player you like. |

| Q. Sounds complicated! |

| A. If you know what DRM free and 192 kps mean, then it's probably not too complicated for you. However, this is not as simple as the 1 click iTunes purchase. So if you're completely happy with the music you buy from iTunes, then I recommend you stick to the road you know. |
